Family Work Weekend - May 2-4

Each spring we are busy preparing Ewalu for the arrival of over 1,000 campers during the summer Bible camp season. The first weekend of May is set aside each year for Family Work Weekend. It’s a chance for individuals, families, and volunteer groups to spend the weekend at camp, doing a bit of work and having some fun as well. Meals and lodging are provided free of charge, in thanks for helping hands of service as we prepare, plan, and pray for the summer season. Contact camp to reserve your stay.  Contact Ewalu to reserve your spot.  Phone: 563-933-4700

Family Camp - June 27-29

You are invited to Family Camp this summer at Ewalu! All families are welcome (singles, single parents, grandparents, grandchildren, as well as mom, dad, and the kids) to enjoy a weekend of playing, relaxing, learning, and worshipping. There will be time for the adults to gather for Bible study while counselors take the kids. Families will be bunking in cabins or pitching tents in the campground. There will be organized activities for families plus plenty of free time to swim, hike, fish, explore the trails, and spend time together as a family. Of course there will be evening campfires, a variety show on Saturday night, and morning worship in our outdoor chapel. Come and join the family camp tradition at Ewalu this summer.  Fee: $75 per adult, $50 per child (under age 14), ages 1-3 free. Receive a $10 discount if registered before April 17. There is a $100 deposit per family required.
