Make your reservations today! Call 563-933-4700 to book our new, beautiful cabins and lodges. Many styles and options are available, year round.

Overnight Lodging   Building rental fee (first night only) plus a lodging rate per person. Bunk beds are standard in rooms except in Hickory and Walnut Lodge. Churches, please ask about our "church youth discount" for lodging.

NEW! Walnut Cabins $50 each + $18/person per night
     Capacity: 10 people each. 3 cabins available.
NEW! Walnut Lodge Whole building $200 (Youth groups DO pay building fee for Walnut-upper floor.)

Upper floor only $125 + $60/room (Youth groups DO pay building fee)

Lower floor only $100 (or $50/room) + $18/person (Building fee waived for church youth groups.)
     Capacity: 24 people in bunks; 16 upstairs in hotel-style rooms; call for rates.
NEW! Barred Owl Lodge $150 + $18/person per night
     Capacity: 24 people (up to 12 per side).
Cedar Lodge $200 + $18/person per night
     Capacity: 75 people, 8 bunk rooms of varying sizes, lounges, meeting / dining area seats 175.
     Minimum group size for Cedar lodging: 20 people.
Cherry Village (Lodge plus 2 Cabins) $175 + $11/person per night (closed for renovations)
Hickory Lodge $69/night for up to 2 people
     Two rooms in Hickory Lodge each sleep up to 4 people. Private bath/shower. Linens provided.

Meals (includes beverage):
 
     Breakfast - $7.50/person
     Lunch - $8.50/person
     Supper - $10.00/person
     Snacks- $3.00/person
   Package Price:
 
     1 night and 3 or more meals: 5% off meals
        Clergy, other church leaders, and past staff - free will offering.

     For meals, a minimum group size of 15 people is required.

Reflection Cabin:
 
     1st night lodging: $30/person
     2nd night lodging $20/person
       Clergy, other church leaders, and past staff - free will offering.

Day Use of Lodges:
 
     Cedar Lodge - $300/day
     Creation Center - $175/day
     Walnut Lodge - $100/day
     Barred Owl- $100/day
     Hickory Lodge - $100/day
     Wadena Chapel - Free will offering
     Wilder & Outpost Shelters - Free will offering

     Cedar Lodge kitchen is not available for groups to use for their own cooking. Please contact Ewalu's Food Service Director for other options.

Campground:
 
     Electrical sites (20 available):  $20/night
     Non-electrical site:  $11/night

Minimum Lodging Fee Per Group (excludes campground and Hickory Lodge)*:
     Each night's minimum lodging fee is the corresponding Building Fee.
     * There is no minimum charge for church youth groups.

Please note:
     Lodging fees are quoted on a per-person basis.
     Fees for children ages 4 –11 are half of adult fees.
     A $300 non-refundable deposit is required to make a reservation.
     Deposits are applied to your final bill.
