Faith: Called to live, teach and nurture faith in Jesus Christ. Grace: Called to offer hospitality, understanding, and acceptance after having received God's undeserved love. Community: Called to live as members of God's interdependent creation. Stewardship: Called to care faithfully for God's creation and all the gifts entrusted to us. Service: Called to serve all God's people. Peace and Justice: Called to live in peace and strive for justice among all people. Joy: Called to celebrate life and have fun. |
Living
Out Campers gather each morning for "Alpha" to share stories of faith, read scripture, sing, pray, and worship God together. For stories, devotions, and Bible studies that relate to how we live out Ewalu's mission statement go to our alpha page. Ewalu serves 188 congregations of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). More information about the ministry of the Evangelical Lutheran Church is available at the ELCA website.
